This is the risk assessment form where I outlined all the potential risks that could have happened when filming. I then assessed how high the risk of that happening was and also said how we could overcome this and make sure that it did not happen. The reason for this is because when filming on sets are not synthetic safety precautions have to be made to ensure the team behind the filming are all the safest they can be.
